Conditions for Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, we will gladly assist you, subject to stock availability. The new item will be shipped once the returned product is received and inspected. In case the desired product is out of stock, a store credit or refund may be offered as an alternative.

Customers are responsible for safely packaging the item and ensuring that it reaches us in resalable condition. Return shipping fees may apply and are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may ask for clear photos or videos of the item and packaging to verify the issue. Once approved, a replacement, refund, or store credit will be issued based on your preference and product availability.

Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are excluded from return or exchange due to their nature, including clearance sale items, digital products, and customized or personalized orders. These items are clearly marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
